I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! It was perfectly clean, updated and modern, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and everything you could need. But what was even MORE than perfect was the staff, particularly VASILY at check in! He is an amazingly aware and perceptive individual, and sensing the need at check in, he instantly took complete control of a situation to ensure my safety. He did this in an unbelievably discrete and professional manner yet with incredible strength and confidence, as well as genuine concern and caring. I don't think I have ever been so impressed with anyone in my life!!! He made me feel completely safe!!! Vasily's actions put this already perfect property off the charts! I cannot say enough!!!

Very friendly staff at check-in. Reasonably priced and fast valet parking. Amazingly well equipped luxury apartment in a beautiful old building. Perfect location only 2 minutes walk from Canal Grande, and just a few steps away from great restaurants.

The Palace Suite in Trieste was located right in the center of the town, restaurants and shops. The duplex apartment was absolutely fantastic, a nice kitchen, a large living-room and on the top floor the bedroom with also a bathroom. Everything was perfect, even the small balcony. We will return!

The location was absolutely amazing! The rooms were massive! Beautifully decorated & super clean. It was a little warm in the rooms, the AC units they used were not very strong but we only stayed one night so all was well. 10000% recommended!

We were in Trieste to visit with local friends and this hotel was a good choice for our stay. Well located in the center of town with lots of shops, restaurants and services nearby. Valet parking was a plus. And the a la carte breakfast was top drawer. The suite was enormous and well appointed. We were so pleased with everything about our stay at the Palace Suite.

It is a stunningly beautiful place. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were traveling with 4 teens (which is a challenge on its own), but they absolutely loved the place. Beautiful location right in the city center. Two great bathrooms, full-size kitchen.

We had a large suite in a separate building to the main hotel-it was amazing. A full kitchen with microwave and hob, sink and fridge. Full cleaning service daily. Lift up to the apartment. Very large bedroom and bed very comfortable. We only had a very short walk across a pedestrianised area to the breakfast room in the main hotel.

Staff was friendly and helped answer questions we had on how to get to Miramare Castle. The size of the rooms was really nice. Elevator and mini kitchen was a big plus. The location of the hotel was perfect to explore the city,. Our room had a balcony which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out is at Hotel Continentale, which is right around the corner.

It was all good, good location, good breakfast (a la carte). Rooms are not situated at the hotel, but few steps from it. In our room, shower had a 3 options (massage jets, overhead shower, standart shower head), sadly only shower head worked.
